Play Times Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

02Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Play Times, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the period your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Play Times does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. This age requirement is in line with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of Play Times complies with the laws of your location.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any Play Times employee, contractor, director, or officer.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where the use of online gambling platforms is prohibited by law.
• You must be able to enter into legally binding agreements under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction may not hold a Play Times account.

03Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one Play Times account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Play Times uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended immediately and all funds and winnings associated with them may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information Required

When registering your Play Times account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Any material inaccuracy in the information provided at registration may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of funds held within the account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Play Times login credentials. Do not share your password with any other person and do not allow anyone else to access your account. Play Times will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Play Times account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at support@playtimes.best or through the live chat function within the platform.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, Play Times conducts identity verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by Play Times may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the deactivation of your account.

04Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Play Times accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, all of which are widely used by Filipino players:

• Coins.ph

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on Play Times is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method but are generally set at ₱200. Maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the Play Times cashier section. These limits may be adjusted for VIP-tier accounts.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits to Play Times are credited instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare instances, bank processing delays outside Play Times' control may extend this timeline. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to one banking day depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on Play Times are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Pesos. Play Times does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

05Bonuses, Promotions, and Refer a Friend

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Play Times offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and the Refer a Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are communicated at the time each promotion is made available. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Play Times account are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity window will expire and be removed from your account automatically.

5.3 Refer a Friend Programme

The Play Times Refer a Friend programme allows eligible players to earn bonus credits when they successfully refer a new player who registers, completes KYC verification, and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are credited after the referred player's qualifying deposit is confirmed. Self-referrals — creating additional accounts to claim referral rewards — are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all related funds.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Play Times monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets on both outcomes of the same event using bonus funds, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. If bonus abuse is detected, Play Times reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the offending account.

06Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed by you on Play Times and an acceptance confirmation is displayed on screen, the bet is final and cannot be cancelled or modified. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. Play Times is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.

6.2 Odds and Payouts

All odds displayed on Play Times are inclusive of the operator's margin. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet placement. The odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed and displayed on your bet slip at the exact time of confirmation. Changes to odds after confirmation do not affect already-confirmed bets.

6.3 Void Bets

Play Times reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors, technical faults that affected bet processing, events that were cancelled or abandoned before completion, and any other circumstances that PAGCOR regulations or standard industry practice recognise as grounds for voiding. Voided bets have stakes returned in full to the player's Play Times wallet.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-game betting markets on Play Times update in real time and may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. Bets placed and confirmed before a market is suspended stand. Any bets that were in the process of being submitted at the time of suspension may be rejected — in such cases, the stake is not deducted from your account. The decision of Play Times with regard to live bet settlements is final.

08Responsible Gaming

Play Times is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable activity, and we take seriously our obligation to provide tools and resources that help players maintain healthy boundaries.

09Intellectual Property

Nothing on the Play Times platform shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any intellectual property owned by Play Times or third parties without prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Play Times platform without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of Play Times intellectual property may result in legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, Play Times shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues not within Play Times' reasonable control
• Errors in game software that were not reasonably foreseeable or preventable
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the availability of Play Times services in your jurisdiction
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers

In all cases where Play Times is found liable to you under these Terms and Conditions, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Play Times wallet during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Play Times reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Play Times will notify registered players through one or more of the following methods: an in-platform notification, an email to the address registered on your account, or a prominent notice on the Play Times website.

Your continued use of the Play Times platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of available funds in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.

12Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Play Times platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and Play Times, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at support@playtimes.best. Our team will work in good faith to resolve your concern within a reasonable timeframe. The majority of Play Times player disputes are resolved through direct communication without the need for formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. For disputes not falling within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
